We were engaged to furnish a luxury development in Portland’s West End. The project involved sourcing furniture, accessories, and art for a three-bedroom unit (2907 SF), with a tight completion timeline of just 10 days. Additionally, we needed to ensure that all sourced items would complement the space and aesthetic of the next phase for future repurposing. We successfully adhered to the developer’s budget and timeline, resulting in the unit selling within 10 days of staging, despite being listed for 18 months before styling.

Following this success, we relocated and restyled the furnishings for the second phase, leading to another sale. The price points for these units ranged from $1,750,000 to $2,260,000. The developer still retains ownership of the furnishings and has the option for us to resell items on their behalf if the remaining unit does not sell furnished.

Investment: $34,000.
